Are products in stock and ready to ship?
At MakeItGeeky, we operate on a print-to-order model, which means we do not maintain an inventory of pre-made products. Instead, we begin the production process once an order is placed. This approach allows us to offer a wide range of unique designs and customizations while minimizing waste. Although this means that our products are not immediately ready to ship, we strive to process and create your items as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Please note that processing times may vary based on the complexity of the item and order volume.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
If an item you would like to purchase is marked as out of stock, please contact us to get an ETA or place a custom order.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
While we strive to ensure that the product images on our website accurately represent the items you receive, please keep in mind that each piece we create is made to order and may have minor variations due to the nature of 3D printing and the production process. - Within Canada: Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on your proximity to Vancouver, where our Canadian orders are shipped from.
- Within the USA: Shipping usually takes about 3-5 business days, as orders are shipped from Blaine, Washington using USPS.
- International: International shipping times can vary widely depending on the destination country and customs processing. On average, international shipments can take anywhere from 7-21 business days.
